Emily Mahoney—Vice President & Chief Development Officer

Emily has served on the Club Beyond ​ funding team for over eight years. As a military spouse herself, Emily brings a personal understanding of military family life and a passion for connecting partners with the life-changing ministry happening among Military Teens around the world.

Jason Bush—Chief Operating Officer

Jason brings over 20 years of leadership experience within Young Life and Club Beyond and a heart for building excellent systems that result in healthy field staff. Jason helps ensure our military teams are positioned to serve Military Teens effectively around the globe.

Donna Simmons—Chief Financial Officer

Donna will continue to provide financial leadership and stewardship for Club Beyond, helping ensure that the resources entrusted to this ministry are managed with wisdom, integrity, and transparency. Donna has over 12 years’ experience in non-profit finance.

Robert Raedeke—Chief Recruiting Officer

Robert came on Young Life staff in 1996 and was originally on field staff with Club Beyond in Germany. He leads efforts to identify, recruit, and develop the next generation of Club Beyond staff, helping expand our ability to reach the teens of our U.S. military around the world.
